Traveler can select any date of travel from the fixed departure schedule but before 45 days from the date of travel. He can pay remaining payment as per the payment plan mentioned above.

One person, One Holiday Package. Each Traveller /Passenger requires a separate package.
Members can choose any of the 2 travel plans.
a) Planning To Take Off: This Plan is for those who are planning to travel during next 7-12 months of booking.
b) Ready To Take Off: Its for those who are planning to travel after 45 days of Booking.
Cancellation of booking & refund of booking amount is only allowed within 30 days of Booking. No cancellation will be allowed after the expiry of this period.
In case the Traveller fails to pay the EMIs on due date & the delay is for 30 days or more, his reservation of the ticket will stand cancelled & the traveller will have to get the fresh dates according to the dates available with Million User.
The Travellers can get their name changed or any other amendment in the name at any time up to 30 days prior to the date of departure. No amendment will be allowed after this period.
Member purchasing package for minors is required to furnish the particulars of the minor passenger/Children at the time of selecting the date of departure.
Members can pay the Booking Amount and EMIs through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS, e-Wallets or Cheques/Bank Drafts issued in favour of Million User Pvt. Ltd and payable at Chandigarh.
Any request & interaction regarding Holiday Package including payment of Booking Amount, EMIs, preferences for Departure Dates and Hotels etc. can be made online only through our website and Mobile App.
Post Dated Cheques towards payment of subsequent EMIs can be delivered at Million user Pvt. Ltd, SCO No.116-117, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh.
All the passengers are requested to follow the guidelines and rules of the Airline. Travellers shall not have any choice of Airline. Million User will provide the seats as per its own arrangements.
Availability of the preferred date of departure is not assured during the peak season like Christmas & New Year.
Stay in the Hotel is on Twin Sharing basis.
All the tourists are requested to adhere to the standard Hotel Check-in time (14.00 Hrs.) and Checkout time (12.00 Hrs).
Million User reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms. Million User shall not be liable or responsible for any consequence that may arise due to the reasons of Force Majeure and beyond its control.
Any other information which is displayed on the Company website, but not mentioned herein above also forms an integral part of these terms & conditions.
All disputes are subject to Chandigarh jurisdiction.
Infant = 15%-20% of the adult package price
2 year with extra bed (CNB) = 70% of the adult package price
2-12 years extra bed (CWB) = 80%-95% of the adult package price
Child above 12 years = To be treated as adult on triple sharing
All other Meals & Drinks which are not offered under the package.
Excursion or City Sight Seeing other than offered by Club Millions.
Any Travel or Hotel Expenses outside the agreed Holiday Package.
Cancellation before 45 days of Departure = 35% of the Total Tour Cost
Cancellation before 30 days of Departure = 50% of the Total Tour Cost
Cancellation before 15 days of Departure= 75% of the Total Tour Cost
Cancellation before 10 days of Departure = 100% of the Total Tour Cost
No show No refund
Above payment policy is subject to change during peak seasons
Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel (9 months in case of Malaysia)
PAN card copies are required in case of cash payments of INR 50,000 or above per booking
In case you reserve your booking by paying INR 2500, then same will be non-refundable in case you do not pay the remaining amount or cancel your holiday
Final vouchers can only be issued once Club Millions received full payment
The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received in less than 15 days prior to departure
